Start Here

There's a lot here — 174 lessons built up over a decade, more repertoire than any one page can summarise. These seven hubs are the entry point: each one gathers a piece, technique or composer's lessons into the order that actually works, so you don't have to dig through the whole catalogue to find your way in.

The Seven Hubs

Villa-Lobos

All twelve études, in the sequence that actually works — from the barre-chord entry point through to the two 'master' concert études — plus the five Preludes. Villa-Lobos' ideas run through almost everything else on this site, so this is where a lot of players start.

Tremolo

The most-requested technique on the channel, taught as one real path: six foundation drills first, then three pieces that build on each other — Carcassi, Tárrega's Recuerdos de la Alhambra, and Barrios' Una Limosna por el Amor de Dios.

Repertoire Roadmap

Not sure what to learn next? A single path from Brouwer's Étude 6 through Bach and Villa-Lobos to Barrios' La Catedral — the one piece almost every serious player wants to eventually play.

Pieces

Full works, taught with micro studies rather than technique in isolation — grouped by level, from your first full piece through to the concert repertoire.

CAGED

Five moveable chord shapes and the scales built on them — the system that unlocks the whole fretboard, in any key, once you've learned it in one.

Barrios

Agustín Barrios Mangoré's music on the site, from La Catedral's three movements to his shorter pieces and studies — the Paraguayan composer whose music sits at the heart of the repertoire here.

Concerto

Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez and Fantasía para un Gentilhombre, worked up in steps — the guitar's best-known concerto, and very few classical guitar concertos have lessons at all.

Chaconne

Bach's Chaconne, BWV 1004, taken apart bar by bar — the theme and every variation released so far, still an ongoing project going deeper with each new video.

Every Lesson, Filterable

If you already know the piece or technique you're after, skip the hubs and go straight to the full lessons index — every post on the site in one place, with filters for series, composer, technique and level, so you can search for exactly what you're stuck on rather than scroll the whole catalogue.
